(Day Zero) #16 Develop a daily workout program

Hey this is my first post... its 2:38 morning and I'm excited about this challenge.. I'm starting with #16 "Develop a daily workout program".. I guess this is the most important to me... see in college I used to be a active in sports..seven years later.. I haven't been as motivated to lift weights or run on a constant basis..and its showing.. Sooooo... my mission is to develop a full body workout... doing something active 7 days a week for 3 months.. my plan is take photos of my progression from day zero to day 90...and share them with you..
